Car Body Repair
Seam Sealing
Sika seam sealing products bond well to all substrates commonly used in car body and paint shops and are designed to match OEM requirements. They can be used to seal hem-flanges, conventional seams and overlapping joints both inside and outside the car body with excellent application, tooling and finishing properties to provide a clean, fast and easy working process.
Component Bonding
Sika elastic component bonding products of high adhesive strength bond well to all substrates commonly used in car body and paint shops with minimal substrate preparation and are designed to match OEM requirements. They are designed to bond all kind of components such as spoilers, emblems, floor panels, rear quarters or side panels onto both the inside and outside of the car body.
Cavity Sealing
Sika cavity wax coating products protect concealed cavity areas such as interior door skins, rear quarter panels, sills and chassis legs from corrosion. They are easy to apply, flexible, cause no cobwebbing effects and are wash-out resistant.
Underbody Protection
Sika underbody coating products are designed for use on automotive undercarriages, door skins, wheel arches, trunks and floor pans. They are easy to apply, flexible, resistance to abrasion and have excellent sound damping properties.
Stone Chip Protection
Sika anti-stone chip coating products are used to protect vulnerable, painted parts of the vehicle such as sills, wings, wheel arches and valances. They are easy to apply, over paintable, flexible, stone chip and corrosion resistant.
