Pedestrian floors

Sikaflex elastic sealants designed for pedestrian floors have a sufficiently high Shore A hardness, superior mechanical strength, high abrasion resistance and excellent adhesion properties. They are easily applicable to achieve a surface flush finish and exhibit good resistance against cleaning fluids and high pressure cleaning.

Carpark floors

Sikaflex elastic sealants designed for car park floor joints can resist traffic loads from cars and cleaning machines passing over, have high abrasion and chemical resistance, can retain their properties in direct contact with oil and fuel and withstand weathering if used outside.

Industrial floors

Sikaflex elastic sealants designed for industrial floors exhibit high mechanical strength, high abrasion resistance, good chemical resistance as well as excellent adhesion properties. For the manufacturing industry and the foodstuff industry, Sika's sealants can withstand traffic loads from fork lifts and cleaning machines, are cleanable with high pressure, can survive the contact with aggressive cleaning agents and other chemicals and are compatible with foodstuff.

Many of Sika’s floor joint sealants are also clean room suitable and can be used in pharmaceutical, solar and semiconductor factories that have such requirements.
