Being opened in October 2008 ( On Time! ) it was then the largest privately financed construction project in Switzerland with a total investment of ca. 500 million Swiss France (€360 m / US$ 450m). 60 shops and boutiques offer extensive shopping opportunities. Next to the shopping mall, this complex includes a Multiplex cinema with 11 halls and 2’400 seats, 10 Restaurants (3’000m²), Pool, Spa and Fitness areas (10’000m²), Hotel (144 rooms), conference centre and a senior citizen home.

The Heart Shopping Mall is a brand new, medium sized shopping Mall in Athens, the capital of Greece. It is located in Peiraios Street in the City quarter of Tavros, on the way from Athens City Center to the Pireas Harbour. Construction of the Mall started in September 2007 and it opened on time in December 2008. It has been build on a 10000 m² plot and total surface rented out amounts to 20000 m². The total project cost was about 23.000.000 Euro.

State of the Art’ football and shopping facilities, ‘All in One’, plus a fabulous lake view: The most beautiful football stadium in Switzerland has recently been built in Neuenburg. The stadium together with the prestige shopping centre and other facilities is situated in the middle of the city on the site of the old «Xamax» stadium, which is directly on the shore of Lake Neuenburg.


The stadium has a football seating capacity of 12’500 and the shopping centre has 60 different shops in an area of 27’000 m². The town’s Central Fire Station and six multi-purpose sport halls are also included in the development.

The PLAZA, in North Poznan, is one of the most modern shopping centres in Poland. This development is situated near the main highway from Berlin to Warsaw. Surfacing systems were needed for the car parks and a proven single ply waterproofing system was required for the roof. Altogether these amounted to approximately 22’000 m² of floor and 30’000 m² of roof.
