The Heart Shopping Mall is a brand new, medium sized shopping Mall in Athens, the capital of Greece. It is located in Peiraios Street in the City quarter of Tavros, on the way from Athens City Center to the Pireas Harbour. Construction of the Mall started in September 2007 and it opened on time in December 2008. It has been build on a 10000 m² plot and total surface rented out amounts to 20000 m². The total project cost was about 23.000.000 Euro.

A dry underground car park will be assured for the new residents of River Crescent, the first development nearing completion as part of the Nottingham Waterside Regeneration project. This is because Structural Engineers, BWB Consulting have specified Sika Watertight Concrete for all external walls and floors in the underground basement areas of the building, which is being erected adjacent to the River Trent. The close proximity to the river exaggerates the problem of water ingress and the new generation, cost effective Sika Watertight Concrete was preferred over more traditional methods.

The expansion of the AXA Colonia Head Office required the construction of a new multi storey car park. A total parking deck area of 28'000m² was created.
