Technical Service is regarded as fundamental to our working with construction professionals. Product failures are most commonly not caused by the materials themselves, but by the use of the wrong product in the wrong application. Therefore, we maintain a comprehensive portfolio of systems, enabling us to offer the right product for the right application.

We also provide joint calculations and we have implemented processes whereby the suitability of our products for any application can be checked on behalf of our customers. Last, but not least, the applicator themselves can be trained through project specific technical seminars and practical demonstrations. In essence, we strive to ensure that total quality is achieved.

Sealing and bonding products are required to afford long lasting adhesion, which can involve contact with very different substrates common to the construction industry. Our service, therefore, includes bond and weathering and compatibility tests, which amongst other checks allow us to grant warranties, where required.
