exists a public limited liability company of unlimited duration. The registered domicile of the company is in Baar, Canton Zug, Switzerland. The company may, upon the decision of the Board of Directors, establish subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.

§2

The purpose of the company is to participate in businesses of all sorts and, in particular, in the financing of businesses for the production of, application of and trading in special products as well as services for the construction engineering and the industry in Switzerland and abroad.

The company may otherwise transact any business which is suitable to pursue and facilitate the development of the enterprise and the achievement of the purpose of the company, inclusive of the acquisition of real estate.
