  The registered shares of Sika AG were delisted on the SWX, the Swiss stock exchange, on September 4, 2003.

Shareholders
At December 31, 2007 the company had 53 (2006: 53) registered shareholders. The Burkard-Schenker family is a major shareholder pursuant to Art. 663c OR (Swiss Code of Obligations). According to information supplied by the family, as of December 31, 2007, it holds 53.6% of all voting shares, in part through Schenker-Winkler Holding AG, Baar.

Two notifications has been filed pursuant to Art. 20 BEHG, the Swiss Federal Act on Stock Exchanges and Securities Trading. According to these notifications, Lone Pine Capital LLC, headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, USA, owns 5.086% and Franklin Resources, Inc., Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, USA, 3.39% of all voting shares respectively as of January 31, 2008.


Transfer restrictions on shares
All legal entities and individuals are entitled to acquire Sika stocks. The Board of Directors is authorized to restrict the registration per shareholder to 5% of all bearer shares. Sika AG bearer shares are listed on SWX, the Swiss stock exchange.
