A Career with World Travel and Unique Experiences

Over 18,000 employees work for Sika and our company is at home all over the world. Experience in other countries, and above all in other cultures, is an important element in the  advanced development of our potential managers.

Our guidelines for employees moving overseas create security and transparency for anyone that leaves their home country on behalf of Sika. In addition we also ensure fair contracts adapted to the specific circumstances of the host country.

The opportunity to gain experience and know-how at different Sika locations around the globe is a win-win-situation for both the employee and the company.

Conrad Nabholz, Corporate Market Development Manager Flooring

"Sika is quite a special employer. The construction business is a people driven business and also at Sika, people are really important. We have a flat hierarchy and an open culture and that makes it so nice to work here. I really like all the global opportunities and working together on the development and strategic implementation of products with R&D, product engineers and the people responsible in the regions. We will definitely grow in the future, especially in emerging markets. So for people who like to work internationally, Sika is a really good employer."

Philippe Stoll studied Civil Engineering and holds a Masters in Science.

He is passionate about providing know-how in different technologies and working with people around the world. He previously worked for Sika's Waterproofing team, where he supported local Sika organizations to manage and steer projects below ground such as tunnels or the basements of buildings.

His duties included providing technical support, trainings, introducing new technologies and products, and giving his expertise for the management of projects worldwide. Shaping the success of projects below ground - that's all about expertise and people.
