Sika is looking for a Territory Sales Representative – Tile & Flooring Systems

Our SikaTile and Schönox product lines include adhesives, grouts, levelers, membranes, and full system solutions for tile installation.
We’re seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to drive growth, build relationships, and expand our market presence.
What You’ll Do
Grow sales and hit targets by developing strong partnerships with contractors, distributors, specifiers, and key influencers.
Promote innovation by introducing and demonstrating our latest tile and flooring solutions through jobsite visits, hands-on demos, and professional presentations.
Generate new business with specifications, cold calls, and contractor engagement.
Strengthen relationships with key customers and prospects, ensuring outstanding service.
Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets for sustainable growth.
Leverage technology with daily Salesforce CRM updates to manage pipelines and activities.
Support quality assurance by reporting product feedback and coordinating solutions with our Technical Service team.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience in construction materials, adhesives, flooring, or related industries.
Strong relationship-building skills and a track record of growing business.
Confidence in presenting and demonstrating products in both technical and hands-on settings.
Self-starter with excellent organizational and territory management skills.
Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
