Protecting

Protecting extends the durability of load-bearing structures and preserves the substance of our most critical built infrastructure. Sika solutions guarantee long-lasting protection for concrete and steel structures against damage caused by harsh climates, chemicals, pollution and fire.

Bonding

Bonding joins various materials permanently. Vehicles, windows, and even massive slabs of concrete are bonded using innovative chemicals. Sika bonding technologies increase the safety of the final products and enable greater design freedom. The application of bonding products also optimizes manufacturing by reducing cycle times.

Damping

Sealing

From Then to Now - Our History

Kaspar Winkler founded his business in 1910. His first inventions were agents to protect and clean granite (Conservado, Purigo) and a mortar waterproofing agent called Sika. From difficult beginnings, to an economic boom, a broader product range and continuous fast growth, Sika has a remarkable history.
