Your Mission

We are looking for a Strategic Finance & Development Associate to support the Head of Strategic Finance & Development in driving strategic finance initiatives, the evolution of the Finance operating model, and Group-wide value creation analysis. The role combines analytical rigor, structured problem-solving, and senior stakeholder communication, and offers direct exposure to the CFO and the Finance Leadership Team.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Finance Initiatives

  • Support the development and execution of the Finance strategy and strategic roadmap
  • Prepare analyses, presentations, and materials for CFO- and executive-level decisions
  • Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives, including digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled analytics

Finance Operating Model & Transformation

  • Support the evolution of the Finance operating model and other transformational initiatives
  • Structure strategic priorities and ambiguous business problems into clear implementation workstreams and decision options
  • Manage project plans, track progress, and coordinate stakeholders across functions and regions

Strategic Value Creation

  • Support the identification, quantification, and tracking of value creation initiatives across the Group
  • Conduct financial analyses, benchmarking, and business case evaluations to support key decisions
  • Develop dashboards and performance tracking tools to monitor progress against strategic priorities
  • Contribute to strategic planning and portfolio analyses

Your Skills and Experience

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, corporate finance advisory, transaction services, or a comparable strategy-focused role
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial analysis, and value creation concepts
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in an international environment, including workstream coordination and milestone tracking
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous topics into clear analyses and recommendations
  • Strong executive-level communication and storytelling skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills across functions, regions, and business units
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to operate as a hands-on contributor in a newly created function
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
