We are looking for a Strategic Finance & Development Associate to support the Head of Strategic Finance & Development in driving strategic finance initiatives, the evolution of the Finance operating model, and Group-wide value creation analysis. The role combines analytical rigor, structured problem-solving, and senior stakeholder communication, and offers direct exposure to the CFO and the Finance Leadership Team.

This role offers direct exposure to the CFO and Finance Leadership Team, and the opportunity to shape a newly created function from the ground up. You will work closely with the Head of Strategic Finance & Development on Finance strategy, operating model transformation, and Group-level value creation, with tangible impact on Finance's contribution to the business.
