In our 2026 Global Employee Survey, we achieved an engagement score of 88, an increase of +2 points compared to 2024, supported by an
outstanding participation rate of 88%, also +2% higher than in 2024. This is a strong reflection of the commitment, pride, and team spirit across Sika.
We are especially encouraged by the continuous progress in both participation and engagement over the years. Since the launch of the Global Employee Survey in 2019, we have seen consistent improvements in both participation and engagement scores, demonstrating that more and more employees are actively sharing their voices and shaping our journey forward.
