Nancy Liu has been working for Sika since 2011 and is now bringing in her expertise as R&D Manager in the Technology Center Suzhou, the biggest Technology Center in China. This Technology Center includes three labs for the development of concrete systems, cementitious systems and adhesives.

Nancy supports the development of cementitious systems. With her work, she is mainly supporting the development of new products and product maintenance activities for the Target Markets Flooring and Refurbishment in China. Nancy heads three Local Expert Teams including cementitious flooring and fire proofing coating. In that role she manages both local projects and corporate projects assigned for local execution and implementation. For her, team work, empathy, knowledge and finding innovative solutions for competitive markets belong together.
