Her team follows a “team‑first” R&D approach, working closely with program management and production teams from the earliest stages of development to fully understand and meet customer needs.
Focused on innovative solutions for the automotive market, the Madison Heights R&D team collaborates closely with OEM and OES partners to identify requirements and deliver materials that meet demanding specifications. Supported by advanced laboratories, pilot mixers, and extrusion capabilities, the team develops technologies such as SikaPower®, SikaBaffle®, and SikaReinforcer®.
