Equal pay for work of equal value
Sika is committed to pay equality and fairness in all countries where it operates. The company’s compensation model promotes a pay-for-performance culture while ensuring transparency, equality, fairness, non-discrimination, and competitive total reward.
Standardized job grades in most countries facilitate the approach to evaluating pay equality. In line with local legislation, Sika conducts equal pay analyses in several countries and, in preparation for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, introduced a Group-wide internal pay transparency tool in 2025 to monitor pay equality across organizational levels. Sika performs annual salary reviews in all countries, during which gender pay gaps are monitored and addressed, if any.
