In celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, we continue highlighting inspiring women across Sika who drive impact and make a difference. We spoke with Mary Rodulf, Country Manager Egypt, about this year’s theme “Give to Gain.”
When asked what this motto means to her personally, Mary summarized it in three words: Trust, Support, and Growth. “Over the years of my career, I’ve seen that real growth happens when trust is given as a foundation. Sika has provided fair opportunities and strong support, which made a real difference in my career. It’s simple: when people grow, the companygrows. This is how I see “Give to Gain” in action!” she explains.
Reflecting on her journey, Mary encourages other women to embrace challenges boldly and take the lead in shaping their careers. “Accept challenges, and invest time at the start to truly understand the business,” she advises. Further, she emphasizes the importance of analyzing gaps, identifying areas for improvement, and working strategically to enhance performance. Equally crucial, Mary notes, is surrounding yourself with colleagues who support your goals. “Continue to grow! When you grow, Sika grows,” she adds.
