Training and Development
Training and development are of strategic importance for Sika. Global, regional and local programs have been designed to support the careers of our employees, and the introduction of the digital SikaLearn Platform for all training activities has enabled multi-channel accessibility to training modules.
Sika runs Excecutive Development, Global and Regional Leadership Programs and an Expert Leadership Program. The Excecutive Development Program is designed for Sika Senior Managers, while the participants of the Global Leadership Program (GLP) are trained on how to assume a senior management role and to develop key leadership competencies for a Sika Senior Management position.
Global Innovation Challenge
Innovation is part Sika’s DNA and brand positioning. Sika has put into life the Sika Global Innovation Challenge in the context of its Talent Management and its ambition to foster the innovative drive of high potentials. The purpose of the program is to prepare a new generation of innovation leaders and to embrace key change drivers such as sustainability, digitalization, and circular economy.
