As part of our International Women’s Day 2026 series, we continue highlighting inspiring women at Sika who drive impact and lead by example. This time, we spoke with Agnieszka Wroblewska-Marek, CPU Quality Manager, Germany, about this year’s theme: “Give to Gain.”
When asked which three key words best describe how Sika lives this principle, Agnieszka highlighted Courage, Growth, and Partnership. “These are the building blocks of a workplace where people can take initiative,collaborate meaningfully, and grow together,” she explains.
Reflecting on her own journey, Agnieszka shares advice for women navigating their careers and leadership paths: “The most important thing is to honestly ask yourself what you truly want and what your long-term visionis.
When you are clear about your goals and ambitions, it becomes much easier to make the right decisions and stay motivated.” She emphasizes that trust within a team is essential, forming the foundation for achieving common goals. Consistency and delivering on commitments step by step build credibility and confidence. “As Louis Pasteur said: ‘Chance favors only the prepared mind.’ Self-awareness, along with determination, creates real opportunities forgrowth,” she adds.
Agnieszka’s story reminds us that leadership and empowerment are closely linked: knowing your goals, acting with courage, and fostering trust and partnership allows people to thrive. Through these principles, Sika continues to create an environment where everyone has the chance to grow, contribute, and make lasting impact.
