What's in it for you? Spend 12 months in Switzerland gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments, working on real projects while receiving regular mentorship and product training. After the program, continue your journey with at least two years of employment abroad. We value diversity and global mobility and are looking for candidates who are open to working in different cultural environments.

Who can apply? Curious, open-minded, and flexible recent graduates with a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in chemistry, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or material science,who are interested in working abroad.
