Global and Regional Leadership Programs

Sika runs Excecutive Development, Global and Regional Leadership Programs and an Expert Leadership Program. The Excecutive Development Program is designed for Sika Senior Managers, while the participants of the Global Leadership Program are trained on how to assume a senior management role and to develop key leadership competencies for a Sika Senior Management position.

The Regional Leadership program develops skills to take on local or corporate management functions. The training includes business cases focusing on regional market challenges. Furthermore, Sika runs an international Expert Leadership program for R&D, Operations, Procurement, HR, IT, Finance and Legal functions.
